The white-label model

CabTaxi provides the underlying booking and operating technology while your business stays the brand passengers actually see.

That means a passenger-facing booking experience under your name, a driver app connected to your dispatch environment, a web-based operator dashboard for your team, and bookings, pricing, drivers, and reporting connected behind the scenes.

  • Passenger-facing booking experience under your name.
  • Driver app connected to your dispatch environment.
  • Web-based operator dashboard for your team.
  • Bookings, pricing, drivers, and reporting connected behind the scenes.
  • Customer support and journey records remain tied to the operator workflow.

What white-label does and does not mean

White-label generally describes branding and customer presentation, not ownership of the software code. Commercial rights should be defined in the CabTaxi agreement.

Operators should be clear about which parts of the experience carry their brand, who holds the app store listing and how customer data is controlled. Those points should be confirmed in writing during commercial discussions.

A branded app still needs a distribution plan

Publishing an app is only the start, worth being honest about that. Operators still need a distribution plan, website calls to action, booking confirmations, SMS, QR codes in vehicles, staff prompts, to actually move existing customers toward the digital channel.

App-store visibility should be treated as its own acquisition project with accurate store metadata, screenshots, category selection and review generation through legitimate customer use.
